Toruń- The heart of Poland

Toruń is one of the oldest cities in Northern Poland. It is also the birthplace of the astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus. When I was younger I used to go to Torun every Saturday for my English lessons. I remember this time very well. I also remember when we used to go and sit by the Wisla on the slabs in a lovely and warm spring days. The sun reflection made the water in a river very shiny and clean. I could sit there and observe people and animals for ages and I wouldn’t be bored with it.  We have been doing it in the winter too but it was a bit less present because of the cold in Poland especially during January-February time.

It is another great and worth place to visit while you are in Poland.

Moglabym tam siedziec godzinami i wcale by mi sie to nie znudzilo.
